EXIT Realty Adds Agent Support in ERC and So Does The Exit Pro!

zopim logoWe were glad to see the agent support feature added to the EXIT Resource Center a few weeks ago.  It’s great that EXIT is taking this next step in product support for it’s agents.  We wanted to provide the same level of immediate access to our members so we added Zopim, a great little chat program that allows our members and guests instant access to our support team.

Where is it?

right here

In the lower left corner of your screen, you might notice a little orange bar that says “Online – Get live chat support!”  You can click that button anytime day or night and ask our professional team a question.  If we’re online, we’ll respond immediately… if not, we’ll send you an email or call you with the answer depending on what you’d prefer.

How should I use it?

We’re a training, coaching, and marketing company for real estate professionals.  If you have questions about any of those things… feel free to ask.  Members get in-depth troubleshooting for just about everything they deal with in their business.  Guests are encouraged to ask questions as well. FYI, We’ll probably be asking you if you’d like to join The Exit Pro on your second question.  We can’t work for free after all.

What we love about it.

Zopim integrated directly into our mail client so we’re available for chat anytime we have our email open (which is, honestly, most of the time).  It also allows us to respond after the fact if we are away when you ask your question.  Finally, we can have many different support team members online to answer questions and participate.  Oh, and there’s no pop up window!  Love it!
