EXIT Realty’s Morris Code for February 12th, 2010

None of the secrets of success will work unless you do.

morris codeSteve Morris can be a visionary and pragmatist at the same time.  It’s a hard thing to pull off.  I guess that’s why he’s the man behind the best system in real estate.  Today’s Morris Code is an especially piquant morsel considering it’s a very simple thing for today’s real estate agent to forget.

All the hours of training and planning count for nothing unless you buckle down and do the work that you’ve planned to do.  Here’s the challenge I would put to you today…

Every 20 minutes during your work day stop for fifteen seconds and ask yourself this… “Is what I am doing right now the highest and best use of my time?”

If you’re answer is yes, great, keep doing it.  If it is a NO, stop, go over your written business plan and do something on that plan that gets you business.
